We will notify you each step of the way including the tracking number. We endeavor to ship your medication within 3 days of receiving the prescription. If there is an issue in getting the prescription we may reach out to you for assistance in getting it. If you use our telemedicine program they send the prescription directly to us. Then we will reach out to you monthly to verify dosage and place the order.
